Over the last year I tested many blades. Astra Superior is one of the rare gold nuggets out there. Sharp and smooth for up to 6 shaves.

Great blade - very sharp without being like taking a scalpel to your face. Smooth after one pass, ultra smooth after three. Stays sharp for a week of shaves. Best I've tried (including feathers).

I got my first set of these as part of a large sample selection pack of blades a few years back. All the other brands are still in their packets on a shelf because once I tried these I never looked back. Less likely to decapitate you than the feathers and excellent value, especially in the large pack.

Sampling the blades form the sample pack, and these are even better than the Feathers for me
