This razor is not aggressive, at least with Merkur blade (not yet tested other blades), attention: it is not mild, is located in the middle.

Was my first proper DE razor after having a cheap plastic one, head on razor I would rate as aggressive and quite a steep learning curve. Handle is fantastic and you never lose grip even with wet hands. Would recommend for experienced users.

Excellent Merkur razor, with an industrial style that makes it perfect for beginners classic shaving. The razor wil last for many years.

This is one of my favourites. I love the Old Gillette’s which are gentle and smooth but this is as good in its own slightly more aggressive way. If you are a new DE shaver it is dead easy to get the angle right with the 34c. If you have DE'd for a while, well you probably have this razor anyway! Recommended for all and built to last.

This 34C is an excellent razor, much better than any fancy multi blade Gillette product since this razor does not clog with soap or stubble.
