Great Introduction to DE shaving

I bought this razor perhaps a year ago. I have been using it ever since and found with 3 passes it gave a close shave. It’s quite a capable razor. I very much like the style of it and the short handle. It looks great when cleaned up too, the finish is to a very high standard and the razor still shines after a year of use. I have now moved on to an open comb looking for a closer shave but I very much enjoyed this razor and would recommend it to anyone starting out DE shaving. I nicked myself plenty to begin with, you do need to be careful but I still think it’s a fine introduction.

I like it. Personally I find it a bit aggressive, but not over much. It gives a clean thorough, smooth and very close shave. The smallness of the handle is not a problem for me but it can get a bit slippy so take care!
