A good quality soap. Best when heated. Immerse tin in hot sink water (with hot water placed in tin) while setting up razor. Apply liberally. Thin out on face with dabs of hot water as shave progresses. This prevents drying on face as it can become glutinous. I have used my first tin, shaving daily. I did not experience any shaving rash. I will leave a qualified review when I have sampled other products to compare with it. Overall I am very impressed with Osma Shave Soap.
