Semogue Owners Club Premium Boar Taj Shaving Brush

Semogue Owners Club Premium Boar Taj Shaving Brush puts a 24mm Selected Premium boar knot into the ivory-toned Taj resin handle.

The handle is resin rather than wood, giving it a glossy, high-shine finish in the same ivory tone as the knot, and it's fully water-stable, so the finish holds up over years of use. The Owners Club marking is engraved into the handle.

Selected Premium is the top boar grade Semogue lists, sorted for length and left largely uncut so the bristle keeps its natural tapered tip. It's a brush that rewards ownership: the more it's used, the better the lather and the softer the feel, right through to becoming a genuine permanent-rotation brush.

At 114mm overall with an aluminium ring at the base of the knot, it's built to last a lifetime of regular use.

How to Use

• Soak the bristles in warm water for a few minutes before the early shaves
• Shake the knot out until it stops running
• Load fully from a hard soap, allowing for the size of the knot
• Lather on the face, letting the tips splay and adding water as it thickens
• Rinse the knot clean and leave the brush to dry bristles down
